    Big tip: If cooking on low, cook it for 5 hours, shred it, toss it in whatever sauce/juice you've got in the slow cooker, and let it sit for another hour on Low before storing it/bagging it. It greatly helps with getting that flavor deeply penetrated into the shredded chicken. I learned this when making Italian beef, and trust me, it's a day and night difference in flavor, there is no other way to do it.

    For some reason eating a big breakfast skipping lunch and then having dinner causes me to loose weight blur if I eat breakfast at 8 and lunch at12 and skip dinner it doesn’t work as well

    Green tea from waking to sleep, I consume about 24 green tea bags a day and I feel great focus and energy without the anxiety of coffee. Green tea everyday, green tea all the way 😅😅😅

    Thank you. 😊 I got osteoporosis from my weight gain from that before so not buying the trigger foods next time. Im very lean now and it's been reversed to osteopenia but bed could ruin all that. I took the mini fridge away and all the chocolate away. Ate 3000 calories last night as something upset me and I couldnt cope. Had been going on a fortnight.

    I would drink 3 Dr. Peppers a day a few years ago (it put me in the hospital along with my terrible diet). I can’t stomach it now it’s too sweet. 🤢

    i personally believe that although they haven't yet proven it medically / scientifically over and above making you fat processed foods in a roundabout or even direct way lead to all sorts of illnesses such as ulcers, allergies, acne, and even serious stuff like alzheimer's, parkinson's and cancer. and even mental issues like depression and anxiety. if or when one finally gives up processed foods (one of the hardest thangs i ever had to do) even if you don't necessarily feel any better in the immediate sense rest assured you are quite dramatically improving yer health mental and physical. truly one of the best thangs you could ever do fer yerself. if nothing else you can pat yourself on the back fer such a massive victory.

    Interesting. In your video depicting what you eat in a day, there were very few of these foods, and it was mostly bread- an English muffin, a bagel sandwich, protein pancakes, and a wrap with brown rice. No greens, and just a few raspberries on the pancakes. Also a ton of food. I do intermittent fasting also- 4-5 hours in the same time frame, and I couldn’t eat 1/10th of that in the same amount of time. For example, at 3pm you had 3 protein pancakes with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and raspberries, and at 3:45 you had a large wrap with chicken and brown rice and a protein shake. You said the protein shakes were just protein powder in water- no greens added. In the “How I Lost 250 lbs.” video, there are one or two pictures where you are MAYBE 60 lbs. overweight, but not even one where you looked like you had weighed nearly 400 lbs.! I’m skeptical. Your videos seem less than honest. 🤔🙁

    Well done. Thank you. I drink a couple cups up to 4 cups a day of hot or iced green tea with honey every day. I also often add cinnamon, ginger, lemongrass or other herbs. Hopefully this isn't too much green tea.

    What about canned food that is not extremely processed, like beans or even tuna (I know, tuna is not without its issues, but every now and then it's an easy quick protein source together with a salad or some cooked veggies).
